The Dr. Nathan Young Memorial Scholarship recognizes graduating seniors each year from the Morris Academy of Collaborative Studies of the South Bronx in New York City.

The Scholarship recognizes recipients for their academic excellence, leadership potential, and demonstrated commitment to service in their community. The award provides financial support in their pursuit of higher education.

The Scholarship is in Memory of Dr. Nathan Young who dedicated five decades of service to New York City public schools, and Sidney Young, Nathan's brother, equally devoted to public education, the pursuit of excellence and service.
